Shiatsu
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) claims that organs and the body’s surface are related. There are 356 acupuncture points located along meridians of the body which affect a specific organ or another part of the body. Shiatsu massage is applied to the relevant acupoint to improve the blood circulation to strengthen organs’ health.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage applied to special muscles is often used to increase blood flow, release knots of muscle tension, or release pain/pressure on nerves. The therapy uses finger and palm pressure, stretches, and other massage techniques to treat neck and shoulder muscle tension, back pain, knee pain, headache, sciatic scoliosis, and numbing of the arms and legs.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage uses a combination of five styles of long, flowing strokes. Generally regarded as the most common form of massage therapy, it has been shown to be helpful in reducing pain and joint stiffness.
Reflexology Massage
Reflexology Massage is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands and feet that relate to every organ and system of the body.
Innovative CoreStones
Uniquely designed, CoreStones allow massage therapists to release muscle tension without creating tissue trauma.
MPS Therapy
Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) has been a remarkable success in the fight against chronic pain. The results are so impressive using this approach that complete or substantial relief (60-85%+) from pain often occurs within 1-3 applications.
Cupping therapy
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction.
GUA SHA
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped to produce light bruising.
